RETURNS
You have 14 days from receipt of the package to return your CP purchase for any reason and without a justification.
Please, keep in mind that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to preserve the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please, note that our home collection service for this 14-day period retuns carries a shipping cost of 10 EUR for EU countries. The cost of the return applies to each request and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to proceed with your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
* For returns, it's crucial to note the expected date of the courier's visit to your address for package pickup. Customers should anticipate communication from the courier regarding any status changes. If they are unavailable on the designated pickup day, we recommend utilizing a parcel shop option - multiple locations are provided in the tracking email - to leave the package for return. In the event of a missed delivery attempt, we cover the cost of the first pickup attempt, but subsequent attempts will incur a charge.
Return Shipping / Right of Withdrawal
- For EU countries: Home collection service available at €10; shipping costs deducted from the refund.
- Customers will be notified of courier pickup schedules and should make arrangements accordingly.
- For non-EU countries: Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the user. Please notice we can provide assistance and guidance for the return shipping process upon request.
* For payments made with Paypal (whose reimbursement for return must be made through Paypal as well), we must inform our clients that this payment gateway keeps 2.9% of the transaction amount.

[1] TTR is considered from the departure of the international hubs. For some countries or destinations, this time could be extended in one day until final delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Force Majeure
“Force Majeure” means the occurrence of an event or circumstance as defined below (“Force Majeure Event”) that prevents a party from performing one or more of its contractual obligations (“the Affected Party”), provided that such party proves:
(i) the existence of a Force Majeure Event;
(ii) that such Force Majeure Event is beyond its reasonable control;
(iii) that the Force Majeure Event could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time of the conclusion of the contract; and
(iv) that the effects of the Force Majeure Event could not reasonably have been avoided or overcome by the Affected Party.
(b) Force Majeure Events – For the purpose of this Clause the following shall be Force Majeure Events:
(i) actual, threatened or reported war, act of war, civil war or hostilities; revolution; rebellion; civil commotion; warlike operations; laying of mines;
(ii) act of piracy and/or violent robbery and/or capture/seizure; act of terrorists; act of hostility or malicious damage;
(iii) blockade, generally imposed trade restriction, embargo;
(iv) act of government or public authority whether lawful or unlawful, compliance with any law or governmental order, expropriation, seizure of works, requisition, nationalisation;
(v) plague, epidemic, pandemic;
(vi) act of God, natural disaster or extreme natural event such as earthquake, landslide, flood, or extraordinary weather condition;
(vii) explosion; fire; destruction of equipment; destruction of port facilities; obstruction of waterways; cyber security incident; break-down of transport, communication, information system or power supply; in each case unless caused by negligence of the Affected Party;
(viii) ionising radiation or contamination by radioactivity, chemical or biological contamination;
(ix) general labour disturbance such as boycott, strike and lock-out, occupation of factories and premises; in each case unless limited to the employees of the Affected Party or a third party engaged by it; or
(x) any other similar event or circumstance unless caused by negligence of the Affected Party.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The responsible way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please, avoid purchasing multiple sizes and then returning the one that doesn't fit.
Exchanges during this 14-days period do not involve shipping costs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
